Looks like one of the problems I had was that one of the flat cables connecting the two circuit boards was askew and unable to be reassembled because the clip is broken. As such, I now get an error message that the unit is not attached. In the following picture it's the clip holding the cable to the smaller board from the larger. It's a gen 4 unit and any thoughts on where a board could be purchased is greatly appreciated. photo by vkykam
Thanks for your reply. The ribbon cable is okay. The "clamp" on the smaller board is damaged and will not hold the the cable in place. Can that be replaced?
