I have 2011 Toyota Prius. One of my lights is out I changed the bulb and it still doesn’t work so I am assuming It’s a fuse. I’ve had the fuse go out before. I want to purchase a new fuse but I don’t know where to find this particular fuse. See images below.

    Which light is out?

And do you mean the 30A/30A/40A "ABS MTR 2" "ABS MTR 1" "P/I 2" triple fuse?

Is the 40 amp P/I 2 section blown?

That does supply power to the integration relay, so if it's blown, you should be without both low-beam headlights, and also horns, backup lights, and rear window and mirror defoggers.

If you only have one light out and not all that stuff, I would be looking elsewhere.

The part appears to be this one:

Why would you assume the fuse is bad when you can put it ohmmeter on it and be certain

Looks like it will blow again until you find out what the real problem is...
