no way? al of those things where standard over here. from the 2004 model and up there where and are only 3 packs the 1 comfort with no navigation and no keyless and no front fog the 2e with rearview camera and keyles the 3e with navigation and bleutooth carkit and keyless and thats it where the 3e was the most expencif.

This option was not commonly available in the mainland US (unless you owned a VIP vehicle) but was available in Hawaii.
