So I found a set of wheels that I really like. They are 17×8 +35. I read some of the treads and found that most people are +38mm and up on the offset but the wheels did not have concave spokes. Does anyone if these will fit?
I'm not sure if they will fit well, but you're right they do look good. Suggest you ask the seller if they'll fit your car without modifying anything.
I think it depends on how low you plan on going. I think as long as you're not looking to tuck them on air suspension you'll be ok. I'm on Tein springs with 18x8 +35, non-stretched tires. I also added a 5mm spacer in the rear. I had to roll all fenders, mildly pull the front, and trim some of the front liner to avoid rubbing. There's some other guys on here like @jepsprius23 and @andino with a similar setup as mine, but on coilovers. They seem to be doing well.
17x8 +35 shouldn't be an issue. I'm running 18x8 +30 but I have pulled fenders and camber bolts. If you don't mind a bit of rub on the fender liners on bigger bumps, it'll be pretty much a non-issue. Esp if you run something like a 215/45 tire with a mild stretch.
