About once a week my check engine light comes on. The code is P1121, which is about coolant valve sticking. In about one or one and a half days it times out and i dont get the warning light for another week or so. Do you think I should have something done right away or wait and see what happens? Has anyone else had this problem?
In meantime car is running great.

DTC P1121 is a fairly common problem area, and as you pointed out the problem is that the engine coolant valve that switches coolant flow between the coolant heat recovery canister and the passenger cabin heater core is faulty.

It's not particularly urgent to have this problem fixed. If the valve sticks in the wrong position then your cabin heater may not work very well in the winter.
