    For the Prius to run on E85 it would require an engine specifically designed for E85. In other words, forget it. It will run fine on E10, though.

    This is a wrong approach.
    Prius is not designed for use of E85.
    There is some possibilities of corrosion on fuel line by ethanol and to cause of fire accident.
