I think Toyota uses the Qi standard for wireless charging, according to Wikipedia there are 129 models of phones that use Qi from Asus, HTC, Huawei, LG Electronics, Motorola Mobility, Nokia, Samsung, BlackBerry, and Sony.

Qi (inductive power standard) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I use QI charging on my Nexus 7 tablet, as I broke the USB port. It works fine for me, using a USB to QI pad from Amazon in my v.

In addition, for phones that do not support wireless charging, there are phone cases that allow you to take advantage of that feature.
