Don't have anything to add, but I'm looking forward to the responses - I've just moved to the area and have the local choice of the Toyota Dealer in Peoria near where I'm living, or in Scottsdale, where I'm working.

I too am looking forward to any responses with the names of possible repair/maintenance shops for the Prius. I am using Right Toyota now until my 2008 reaches the 3-year mark. I have no complaints about their Service Department, although I had a horrendous experience with their sales department some years ago. Later, when I bought my Prius, I felt I was treated very respectfully by a woman fleet person. The Service Department has always been fine, although fortunately I've never had any serious problems.
