While working on my brakes, I noticed a small connecting rod that is broken. (Reference pic only- this one is not broken) I can't find it in any of the parts diagrams. It's next to the left rear wheel just in front of the gas tank. It looks like it's attached to a switch of some sort. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Headlight leveler. If it's broken then your headlights are likely pointing at it's lowest angle. Replace the part.
