I want to replace my 04 mirror with a Gentex one that contains a compass. What is the correct "mount" that I need to get? Thanks. BTW, just changed my oil for the first time...DO NOT put in more than 3.5 quarts!!! Manual is surprisingly but definitely WRONG. Brian
You did change the filter at the same time, right? Maybe the manual assumes that every drop of the old oil has been removed, which is not very practical. Next time avoid trouble and grief by putting in exactly three US quarts. The system capacity with filter is 3.9 quarts (manual p. 312), which is what the FULL mark indicates. The ADD mark is at 2.3 quarts (p. 282), so using 3 quarts is perfect; it allows some of the old oil to remain.
