What is dealer "Presidents Award?"

I learned that Serra Toyota of Decatur, received on the same day I got my 2010, "The President's Award" for 2008 ... the second year in a row. The award description:

Serra Toyota of Decatur got my business mostly because our local dealer had not measured up. Sometimes in life we are lucky and I fully understand why Serra earned this award ("See I told you Decatur was the place to have 2010 Prius test drives!")

I have spent a fair amount of time hangin' out at Serra Toyota and I have nothing but the greatest admiration for Joe and Tony, the owners. I see the personalities involved and their relationships with the sales and support staff ... barely controlled chaos ... Yet like a truly skilled, concert piano player sitting in front of an upright, rinky-tink piano, they are true masters of the art and play it beautifully. They are brilliant managers and leaders.

It is my fondest hope that if Team Prius ever has a chance to visit North Alabama, they drop into Serra Toyota and meet Joe and Tony and their team. There are larger Toyota dealerships but it isn't size but quality that counts.
