On September 10th - I placed an order with the company that runs this site. My credit card got charged immediately, but a week later, I still hadn't gotten anything other the notice on day 1 that my card had been charged. So - I reached out to them 2 days ago and asked what the status was. They simply ignored me. Nada - no response at all. We're now at 10 days and as far as I can tell, they haven't shipped my order and have refused to answer my inquiry. As a customer, what am I supposed to think here? Are these guys actually legit or is this some kind of a scam? I mean, if there's a backorder or something - hell - just say so. Ignoring me after you've got my money is a good way to get on my bad side.
sadly, your story is not uncommon, and no one here knows what gives. i would recommend filing a complaint with your cc company, and cancelling the order. unfortunately, there is no way for us to warn potential purchasers.

Looks like the owner of this place has just put it on autopilot and abandoned his business. Here's the link to his BBB page which surprisingly has no complaints. BBB Business Profile | PriusChat Shop He'll have at least 1 tomorrow if he doesn't start at least responding to my E-mails. I sent him another E-mail last night telling him I needed a response today or I was disputing the charge. It's kind of sad really...looks like he's got a really nice thing going here. It won't be for much longer if this keeps up.
Your (and others') concerns are understandable. That said, maybe it's a business based in a hurricane-impacted area?
Well - I really didn't expect this, but apparently Danny is back and was really nice about it. I got an E-mail from him a little while ago. He apologized and said my order would be going out Monday and made it right with me. He didn't really explain the disappearing act, but I have hopes he can turn things around and get this outfit back on track.
