What do a Clean Prius and a Dirty HUMVEE have in common?

    At least in NV, both are exempt of smog check. Funny, but true!

    The Prius because it's ultra clean and the Humvee (only armored military version) because it's a diesel vehicle over 10,000 lb, which classifies it as a commercial vehicle, hence no smog check.
