weatherstrip around windows bunching up

At the beginning of the year i was in an accident and had the drivers window replaced, the shop messed up the install of the weatherstrip and i had them redo it. the window is still not perfect, i can hear air but only when going 50+ on the highway so i haven't gone back. About a month ago i had to get the passenger window replaced due to someone smashing it and taking my iPod. Now that weatherstrip seems to be bunching up near the front edge as well causing the window to go up slowly and make a a noise. I had my insurance cover the window replacement, do you think if i call them and say the guy put the weather strip in wrong they will come fix it?
