Need to replace my tires in the north country (urban area). I'd like good mileage, very cold, snow, slush, rain, and dry performance. Would like a Y or W rated tire, but speed rating is less important to me, so long as it's safe on US and Canadian highways. Not particularly concerned about cost, comfort, or noise. Tires are just expensive, and accidents are even more expensive.

Anyone have any experience with Vredestein Quatrac tires? I've seen both high and low rolling resistance noted for this tire. Ditto good and bad snow performance. Can't find a weight for them.

Michelin Energy Saver All Season Radials? 8.3 pounds. How do they perform, and do they actually make a difference in mpg? I've seen reviews both good and bad on snow.

The tires on my car indicate 195 65 R15

    Thank you.
