Voice Command Button not responsive at all (not working)

    hi all,

    I have a 2010 prius European version with TNS510 head unit. everything in the car works except for the voice command button, when i press it, it does nothing.

    can someone help in providing how to check the VC button connections on the steering wheel and the Head Unit ?

    any help is appreciated
