You can do a VIN search of your car on http://techinfo.toyota.com/ with a subscription, but that only brings up campaigns completed or outstanding for your car. Does not bring up TSBs, as TSBs are more of a heads-up for techs on common questions, problems, fixes and general info they need to know. The computer reprogramming TSBs are written with the language that they are expected to be done only if there's a problem.
