Utilize 11.5 Screen w/no Nav?

I just bought a used 2017 Prius Prime Premium. Love it! However, the big 11.6" touchscreen seems wasted since I don't use the navigation. I use my phone w/Google Maps, since the built-in nav seems far inferior. Is there any way to utilize that screen real estate, maybe having it split with climate in the upper half and entertainment in the lower half?

Also sometimes the XM satellite channels don't switch when I press them in my favorites list. I have to touch tune to move the channel one way or the other, then touching one in my favorites list works. Bug? Fix?
