Have owned a 2010/11 (yet to be determined) Prius V for a day & a half. What is the significant difference other than wheel/tire size between Type A & Type B. The learning wall is hard to climb. TIA.:(

I know about type A people but have never heard about type A Prii. The standard Prius came with 15 inch wheels and 195x65 tires. I believe only the IV (Four for 2011) came with 17 inch tires. So your Five should have 15 inch wheels.

You bought a used car and don't even know the model year?

The 2010 was called a V the 2011 was called a 5 because the Prius v was coming and it has led to some confusion. The V or 5 had wheels 7Jx17 and tires 215/45 R17 tires. Never heard of the designations of A and B. There were packages with other designations.
