Trouble getting internet to work on 2014 V 3 "57011"

2014 v 3
57011 headunit 5.2 update
galaxy 24 ultra

Bluetooth works.
Maps works.
"toyota" app installed on phone

I have everything paired and blutooth tethering/internet sharing enabled on the phone.
The phone shows that it has 1 device connected for internet sharing.
HU is "connected" to the phone for internet sharing

None of the internet enabled apps on the HU work.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to try next.
