can anybody tell me if can-view or something else can look up all prius dtc trouble codes and also clear them. i have a otc/spx 3408 handheld scanner - but it only reads engine/emission codes. now i need to get into the hybrid ecu codes. i rebuilt a salvaged 04 prius and need to diagnose a vsc light as well as a few other lights. i have been reading threads about people data logging with can based hookups to a pc - any codes readings with that setup?

CAN-View can, but you probably won't be able to get one of those. I'm not sure if Scan Guage II does or not. But any good CAN equipt scanner should be able to read and clear them.

You can contact Norm, but he said he was going to discontinue selling the CAN-View at the end of May except for those building Plug-in Prii.

I've heard that AutoZone will read OBDII codes for free. It's worth a try.

FWIW, when I got mine last month he said that 5/31 was not absolute, but instead the final selling date would be based at least in part on when current inventory was depleted. As of 5/22 he had about a half dozen (before my purchase).
