I’ve had my Prius a while and have had my rounds with the triangle. Long story short, the clock on my radio was punched in so it’s always been a gaping hole. I dropped something down in it and jammed my hand in the opening to grab it and the red triangle came on. I continued driving bc sometimes it has gone off after a bit. This time when I started my car again it locked up and I got this transmission message,”
There is a problem with the transmission "p" lock mechanism.

Park your car on a flat surface, and fully apply the parking brake.“
Any ideas if I may have pulled a wire and what’s back there? I was able to drive it home, but I don’t want it to lock up while I’m driving anywhere.
