Light came on this morning when the car was started, No rain, haven't washed the car in a couple of days, no maintenance performed etc.
Re-started the car several times, light still on.
Yes of course I'm taking it to the dealer, but before I do I was wondering if there was anything I might have done out of stupidity that may have triggered a false light? Or is there a way of re-setting the system?
Oh and the car appears to function normally, but of course I haven't tried activating the ABS.

If you are pressing extra hard on the brake pedal, that will trigger the traction light. Normally that maneuver is designed to keep you from rolling back on a hill at a stop light. It remains engaged for about two seconds, long enough for you to get your foot on the accelerator without rolling into the car behind you (or ahead of you).

RTFM, I'm sorry. My traction light was really the tire pressure warning light. Set off from my right front tire being low on pressure from a puncture. Too early in the morning, not coffee yet. The car is functioning perfectly.

Sorry about the flat but I'm glad you solved the mystery! As for RTFM, that's how i discovered the traction light was the "hill-holding" indicator, too! There's just so much to read!!! :)
