I dropped my 2010 Prius off last month to a local Toyota Collison Center to correct the chipping paint. That's fixed, but when I picked up my prius, a few things were off. My headlights weren't working (I fixed that), my overhead interior lights aren't working, and my traction control light is ON, solid, consistently from the time I turn the ignition on into Ready to when I turn it off.

I've tried clearing codes with my OBD scanner, tire pressures are fine as I checked those as well, but it stays on. Could it be a blown fuse since the interior lights don't come on?

I find it odd that this all happened only after I dropped my Prius off at the local dealer as I had zero issues before hand.

I'm posting here to see if anyone can help me as the collison center isn't wanting to take blame and charge me for an inspection...

    Thanks!

I just edited my post #2; what I wrote about the shielded wire was supposed to go in a different thread.

Thanks - I have an OBD scanner but nothing was showing for codes. I'll re-check the codes today and respond back here what I have.

Fixed - The traction/skid stability light will stay ON if your DOME 10amp fuse is blown in the engine bay fuse panel. Replace that, and light will go away. If that doesn't fix your problem, you have other issues

Have you found out why the DOME fuse blew?

Glad you figured it out... I'm a bit suspicious that a dome light circuit would have anything to do with the traction control, though...

Also did you really drive it off the lot with all those problems after the body shop did the work? I mean that's a lot of problems... Why not refuse to pay until they figured out what they did to your car and how to repair it?

It was free warranty work. The DOME light fuse will make the traction light come on. Happened to me before
