traction control light, anti-lock braking system light and low tire pressure light on during drive on raining or slightly wet road.

When all those three on, it shuts off the regeneration break. Have tried completely shut off the engine and restart and those lights come back on. Those lights will go away if i shut off the engine more than couple hours.

For some reason, moisture or water get in the anti lock break system during drive on wet road. But, how to adjust it?

Could you read the DTC codes, as the lights are on?

I would look for damaged, cracked or otherwise porous spots on the wires or plugs near the road (ABS wires, plugs).

Does it come immediately after you switch the car on in wet weather (without driving) too?
Then it could be something higher in the car ;)

Yes get the code You may be having ABS issues Make sure that all the tires on the car are the same size and pumped up similarly in pressure like one's not 55 lb and the others are 40 or something of that nature 3 or 4 lb differences 7 lb may not affect you. But tire size can make those lights go crazy but it sounds like that's not what's happening It sounds like you may be headed for ABS troubles and or like the other poster said check all your wiring make sure something's not getting flooded extremely wet etc.

No, It happened after drive for while on wet road. when i reach the destination and i shut off and turn engine back on.

May check the ABS wires for any damaged. Surely no mismatch tires air pressure. Biweekly checked at SoCal Costco free air pump

I don't know if the torque app can read everything in the Prius I don't keep up with all the apps but the blink codes that Chapman is talking about is a no-fail You will get your codes that way You're getting them direct from the horse's mouth if you will with nothing needing decoding . Toyota has used the blink flash check engine light and what have you since I don't know man 1982 or so I used to do the same blink code business for nowhere near the same codes back in '82 on my celica and Hilux truck

Yeah, when those lights are on, there are codes, so any time somebody uses a tool or app that said "no codes", it's time to take that tool/app out of the picture and go blink the lights.
