    If I were a dealership my biggest concern would be the proof of insurance verification. How would you avoid getting burned on that?

    You have to have a copy of the buyers' insurance policy or docs as proof... and any insurance company can confirm this via printed copy of their policy as well. Many will have this online, available, to print/download.
