    Hey guys,

    Has anyone tried to get free supplies for the services covered under ToyotaCare? I don't want a dealer to work on my babeh Prius, so I figured maybe they'd give me the oil and a filter for free instead of actually doing the service? :) Just sayin'.

    Seriously, though, I thought maybe I could just get the stuff from them and save them the work they don't want to do and myself the $$$. I guess that was too much common sense haha :)

    I would say no. They probably are obligated to verify installation. Also their oil is usually not in small servings sizes.
