    is 38 miles on their cycle the same as epa 25? or is it the dual motor system that adds distance? looks like the same size battery.

    38 miles is the European number. There's no official number for Singapore yet since it's not on sale. They'll most likely use the WLTP number once that's in place (instead of the NEDC which is very optimistic)
