i got one from my dealer and no where on the flyer does it say that it does not cover the Prius ?? I called my dealer and told them I had gotten this flyer in mail from them and wanted to make appointment to have my 12 volt stater battery replaced and I had this coupon for $99.95 and includes installation and they said it didn't cover puris 12 volt battery ??? I told them all it says on coupon is Toyota or scion only??? So why not anyway after I hung up I went to my dealers website and complained again and asked for corporate phone # to log a compliant. Has anybody else got one of these flyers from Toyota????

My dealer's battery specials always have fine print excluding hybrid 12 v batteries.

I wish they would just use a standard battery in these cars!

i've seen those specials. sometimes they include the fine print, sometimes they forget. when they forget, i think they should pony up. call consumer affairs.

It is fairly simple to convert the battery clamps and use a $100 walmart battery if your inclined.
