I suggest you get the LCD screen protector. I have a hand held game, Nintendo DS. I've seen what happens with NO protector, and how much the protector helps! I plan on getting one for mine. not really. There are no cleaning agents in the tissue to remove oils, etc from the screen. The tissue will leave behind fuzz. The tissue may scratch the screen.
