    Hi all
this morning the (!)warning light and check engine light came on, on the dash and on the touch screen the car with the (!) in it also came on, but no difference in the performance of the car.
On the way home the engine was on constantly and reving way to high while crusing, and the park light also came on, managed to get home and pull the codes from the touchscreen

    G/W ecu:

    code:01-d6 sub code: -00-1
    code:01-e3 sub code: -00-1

there was a code on the dispay ecu but I didn't write it down.
I reset the errors and rechecked all came back OK, but the lights still remain lit after a drive and recheck.

any help with this is appreciated

the car is a 2001 basic

The codes that you can retrieve from the MFD have nothing to do with the powertrain problem that you have. You will need to have the DTC (diagnostic trouble codes) read by plugging a code reader into the OBD-II port below the steering wheel.

My guess is that you have a hybrid vehicle ECU problem or a traction battery problem.

    Good luck.
