Greetings! Can any PiP drive on the QEW HOV lanes around Oakville/Burlington without the "Green Plate"? Reason i ask is cause my vehicle is registered in NY and I can't get an Ontario "Green Plate". Would I still be able to drive on the HOV? or get pulled over?
