Has anyone bought and installed the Tom's Racing Barrel Exhaust? If so, please provide your comments on it. Thank you.

In general, the further away from the engine the less effective exhaust modifications become. The exhaust looks like a high quality stainless unit that most likely provides a difference resonance as opposed to actually enhancing efficiency or performance in a measurable capacity. I also suspect that since the Prius utilizes a sophisticated engine management system to provide the best balance of economy and performance that any gains from modifying the stock engine with traditional intake/exhaust "upgrades" would be quite minimal in comparison with a traditionally powered vehicle.
