The blind that hides valuables kept in the trunk has a plastic piece at each end that latches onto the sides of the car. Each latch is held in place by two very short screws that may become loose with vibration and fall because they're facing down. One of my latches had considerable play and I noticed that one of the screws had fallen and was lost (probably sucked by the vacuum cleaner long ago). Among a bunch of screws I found one which fits perfectly. It may not be a bad idea to tighten those screws once in a while. The other three screws were loose when I replaced the lost one. Loctite should be your friend. I don't use my cover, so can't comment on the screws being loose... though I'm often accused of that personally.
