Yes. The metal adapters are a bit different, but I'm using my old ones anyway w/o any problems. I switched from the 2006 to 2010 last may. The rubber doesn't align as well on the 2010, the roof seems curvier. I placed them closer together in the middle. Plus get the sharkfin antenna as you need to unscrew the current antenna. I have yet to get my sharkie.
