Three variations of my custom Gen III box beam center chassis brace

    For those, who are interested, I am posting a picture of three variations of my Prius "v" and Gen III mid-chassis box beam chassis stiffening brace.

    The top one is the one that I have and am currently shipping to all those who stated that they wanted one.

    The second one is an "experimental" one with rectangular bottom lightening "milled out" cuts.

    The third one is a special one with "aircraft" type lightening holes. It has been primed with Rustoleum "self-etching" primer.

    Both of the ones with lightening cuts weigh about 1 lb 6 ounces. The "full beam" model weight under 1 pound 12 ounces.

    The OEM steel brace weight about 1 pound 4 ounces.
