How about just write an introductory sentence to each of the 10 listed to get feedback on which ones would be worthy of a separate post?

I suppose all cars have their positives and negatives.

I guess a steam powered one would not have electrical positives & negatives :D
    Isn't the English language fun?

    Very well. Temperature control.
First of all, my Gen 5 takes a lot longer to warm up than my Gen 3. I'm halfway to town before I can take off my gloves.
The heat pump was pretty useless in our -20, -30C winters. My workaround was to install a cardboard ahead of the radiator. I left it in all year around with no ill effects.

Are you sure the automatic grille shutters are working properly?
I have a 2025 Camry and I dislike that the fan speed & air direction are not shown when in Auto mode like they were on my Gen 4 201 Prius.

That's a bit of a catch-all category. I should have called it "mechanical issues."
It won't remote start without having some plug-in charge. It says, "30% minimum" but it's actually more like 50%.
But who knows anyway, because it only shows you EV range. I used the CHG feature to keep at least 30 kms in reserve, but lately it's kicking out at about 22 kms. Plugging it in seems to be getting it a bit higher. I don't know what's causing the decrease.

The remote start from the app is difficult to use. It says you get 2 starts, but it's only 1. It also fails the first time unless you remotely lock the doors, even if they are already locked.

Door locks seem to fail to unlock quite often, except of course when I'm trying to show it to the dealer.

Too many more to mention here. I'll try to address them as they come up.

I've heard about those grill shutters, but I don't think I have them.

    Definitely #4
If you’re talking about the Remote Connect subset.

They introduced them in the Gen 4 Prius & Prime. I really doubt they quit using them.

Well, I had it apart to install the cardboard, and I didn't see anything.

They would be part of the lower grille assembly. i had them on my 2017 Prius Two, the base trim, to speed up engine heating.
@Tideland Prius were the active grille shutters removed for Gen 5 Prime?

Well, in any case, I had trouble maintaining adequate heat to the interior until I installed the cardboard.

I know that my Gen 3 had a heat exchanger in the exhaust to warm up the engine faster, but I doubt my Gen 5 has it. The Gen 3 warmed up in about 5 minutes, but my Gen 5 takes much longer.

Yes. I haven’t found any documentation of substance and I have a one year trial.

PDA is one of the safety features that cannot be turned off. if equipped. It has no subscription.

And I’m thinking of something different. It’s something that’s part of remote connect and one of the things that can do is have a I believe a live person give you turn by turn instructions to your destination. It may be invoked with the SOS button, but I have found absolutely no substantive documentation.
