From The New York Times: "....at a time when a fraudulent, anti-science campaign funded largely by Big Oil and Big Coal has blocked Congress from passing any clean energy/climate bill — is the fact that the Navy and Marine Corps just didn’t get the word." When you popularize a revolution, sometimes they name it after you.
This sounds great. Here is hoping nobody in House or Senate is paying attention! The idea that they are not going to mess around with the corn based fuels is really reasonable. The drop in efficiency is just NOT acceptable in battle.
I'm surprised that the NYT made two mistakes in the title of their piece: 1. There are no periods in 'USS.' 2. In using the name of a naval vessel, the particular article is not used. Therefore: always 'USS Prius,' never 'the U.S.S. Prius.' Sheesh! The NYT should oughta' know better. The author of the article - Thomas Friedman is probably one of the best Pulitzer Prize winning author's in the U.S. today. His writings are usually very informative.... Keith
