Most are saying the August Nissan ORDER NOW notice won't hit your email until the 27th. When it does (and after you reply of course ) - let PC know here. Just in case it's early, I have my PDA's email refresh rate set to refresh every 5 minutes. That's as quick as it'll let me. Maybe I should take off work early on the 27th too, and stay parked in front of the super fast PC ... just in case. ;)

Update. Multiple dealers have been saying that August 27 is going to be another BUST. NO orders until the 31st, at the earliest. So ... if/when THAT date goes south ... all the September and later folks can kiss it off as well.

My August order finally came in today:

I've lost track of the untold email ... phone calls ... time taken off work, to get this quote in. But as horrific as the process was, I'm keeping my yap shut - as it's water under the bridge
    ;)

Just a few extras for me ... the $700 L3 charger port ... first aid kit ... door entry protectors ... splash guards. Pearl White. After 3 days of helping the system, and the fine folks at Fontan Nissan ($1,000 below MSRP ... whoo hoo !! ) helping ... I can finally get some sleep. g'nite.

I also had a few issues getting the order processed. My sticking point came with I did not schedule a charger home installation evaluation. I was required To sign a waiver acknowledging the horrors of 110 volt charging. I did get the issue resolved (had to call in to manually enable the waiver online) and completed and accepted my dealers price by 11:30 am sept 1st.

4 months to go. The wait is already getting tough to endure

They swore on their dying breath, that the EVSE appointment schedule has nothing to do with Leaf orders. Even so, when our assessment's (4 weeks late thankyou very much) paperwork was finally finished, and I emailed all of our our HOA approvals & liability waivers & such back to AV ... BOOM, my nissan software dashboard finally went active. uh, coincidence?

Got my "Request a Quote" today at 12:36pm. I reserved on 4/20, with a September order month.

Quote is accepted and I'm excited to get my 1st EV
