I am referring to the new logo in the 2010 Prius. Will it be used for all future Toyota hybrids or is it only for the Prius?

I just saw the Toyota Camry Concept Vehicle and it has a similar logo as the 2010 Prius.

    whoa!! Cool Camry!!

It could be. Lexus hybrids now have their "glow" emblem and it's restricted to hybrids.

I saw in another article that the blue logo would be used on all hybrid cars.

You are right. I didn't notice before. The RX450h Lexus logo has the glow to it also.

I know it is definitely going on the 2010 Prius. It wasn't the most popular item at PCD. I don't believe much of the Toyota marketing staff were for it, but Japan one out.

I'd vote "No" on it, but I don't know that anyone is asking.

Fortunately it's a decal within the logo, and should probably be easily removed by those who really detest it. Close examination revealed the half-tone screening used to come up w/ the "fade" effect within the logo.

Note - these are not lighted, just stickers within the emblem.

Detest may be a bit of a strong word for my reaction to it. Still, if there were a way to take it off without damaging the car, I'd be interesting in knowing about it. I doubt I'd be the first one to try it though!

After I found out it was just a sticker and not really illuminated I found it kind of tacky. I hope the production version looks better that the prototypes we saw.
