Many of you may know about the Chunky soup curse. If a pro athlete (NFL typically) endorses Campbell's Chunky Soup, graces the can, stars in a commercial, etc, then they are on borrowed time and their only fate is an injury. http://www.bootlegsports.com/cgi-bin/bs3co...-20021118194749 Now, Roethlisberger is injured in a motorcycle accident, and the NFL network tries to downplay the Soup: "Roethlisberger was scheduled to film a Campbell's Soup commercial with his mother on June 13. The shoot, for now, has been cancelled." They don't even mention what kind of Campbell's Soup, but we can all assume it wasn't Condensed. In all seriousness, best wishes to Roethlisberger. It sounds like he'll be fine after he recovers. But let this be a lesson to you, always wear a helmet. And leave that soup on the shelf less it strike ye again. Nate
