ya know when you close the door and it beeps three times, or when it locks it beeps once? Well mine slowly faded away, you no longer hear anything except the doors being locked when you press the handle. What exactly does this mean?
Time for a hearing test ?? That is offered only partly in jest. One can lose his high frequency hearing without really being aware of it. I found out when I could no longer hear the beep of an electronic kitchen timer.

My 2012 c beeps three times when the doors close while the car is on. When off and you go to lock it it beeps once. And like I said now there is no beep
if you want the beeper back, you'll likely need the schematic and a good sense of electrical troubleshooting. personally, i got along just fine before cars started beeping.
Mine doesn't do this at all. I hear a "tone" when I've left my keys in the ignition, but I have never heard any beep for anything at all.
OK....tone.....beep.....under some circumstances, it should make SOME noise. Exactly which one may depend on the model that you have (trim level 1,2, 3 or 4).
