i'm putting in a buy order for one share at $399.

 

BTW, we’re seeing a lot of buzz about ‘Tesla competition sales.’ What many are missing is these are ICE premium car competitors. The ICE cars are ~98% of the market which is large enough everyone gets a bite.

I see TSLA dropped to $411 today. My buy target is $300-350. I last sold shares at ~$400 (post split.) I want to see Giga Austin and Berlin come online.

IMHO:

• $300/share - 5% probability the week before Sept 22
• $350/share - 15% probability the week before Sept 22
• $375/share - 33% probability the week before Sept 22
• $400/share - 100% probability between now and Sept 22

The reasons:

• Q2 2020 complete financials, Q3 financials not until Oct/Nov 2020
• Q2 2020 investors call covering financials, a chance to ask questions but answers are optional
• Sept 22 battery day

So I might consider:

• 1 share @$300
• 2 shares @$350
• 5 shares @$375

The math model is the quantity decreases as the purchase price probability decreases. My expectation is the long term, stock increase means the smaller quantity and price leads to the expected, steady-state stock price. Profits are another discussion.

my thoughts: one more round of stimulus, then you're on your own boys.

short of an effective vaccine/treatment, there could be a lot of unemployment coming

perhaps you linked the wrong article, i don't see anything about hydrogen cars, or any sort of reference to tesla or musk

 

Just curious, are any of the German manufacturers making fuel cell vehicles?
