Tesla sales video

Flying home a few days ago (60mi Airport trip - Hemet to Ontario) the Uber driver pulls up to mother-in-law's house in a model Y. Being a couple inches under 6½ feet tall - the legroom was surprisingly roomy. Even something as small as 1st impressions can act as advertising ... either helping or hindering. Similarly - another Uber ride while out in SoCal was in the ID4. Although nowhere near as efficient as the tesla, it's dash/console - looks/feels much more traditional with buttons-knobs & such. Both EV's features are good/bad turning on individual preferences
As for the video - the earnings/sales percentages/volumes & hertz/tesla rentals reminded me how commonplace ev's are getting in this large population state.

 

i'm seeing a ton of model 3's and a number of other bev's here in the orlando area. are they rentals, or just locals?

charging infrastructure seems poor, which makes me think local, with home charging

 

Is this not enough? About 10 Supercharger location within a ~20 mile radius and about 20 hotels with free Tesla destination chargers and probably more with a universal L2.

 

it's not the quantity, it's the locations. for instance, there are 8 at a local wawa. empty of course, because there's nothing to do there but wait for your car to charge.
the marriott we are staying at used to have an L2 that no one used, so they removed it
