Marlin, I do believe that GM is whole-heartedly developing Volt. Whichever company sells a 30-mile range plug-in first on the market will very likely get my business to replace my current Prius. Be it Toyota or GM.
I hope he's right. I'd love to be wrong on this one and see the Volt hit the streets. As I've said elsewhere, if it's the first one out and does what they claim I'll buy it. First to market with a PHEV gets my money.
