TAX QUERY

    When I bought my '04 Pri I took the deduction on that years taxes.
    Now, when I buy an '06 in Jan. can I still take the new tax credit ????

    Yes, provided it does not reduce your taxes below your Alternate Minimum Tax.
    You can even take the credit once for each hybrid you buy after Dec. 31.
