Suspect low voltage problem with right headlight.

Sunday night I got in the car 2010 III and hit the headlights and thought the right one was burned out. Monday morning before work I stopped and picked up another pair of bulbs and installed them. When I pulled the right one I noticed that it wasn't burned out. I installed the new bulbs and noticed that the left unit was much brighter than the right. It's lit but I suspect it isn't getting enough voltage to get to full power.

Any ideas on this one? I've never had the dreaded light bulb short life issue. The original bulbs lasted over seven years maybe eight both still were working fine before I swapped them out.
