Hi folks, I dropped out of the Prius Chat last year when my 2007 died a very expensive death and I found myself in a RAV4 hybrid instead. I just went to the dealership this weekend and put down a deposit to trade in the RAV4 for a 2024 Prime XSE Premium. It's still en route, but I should have it in about 2 weeks. Really REALLY missed having a Prius, and just never warmed up to the RAV4 (I just don't need something that big). I'm concerned about that glass roof (I think I saw that it had that), since I live in an older Raleigh neighborhood, where there are lots of oak trees that drop branches and acorns frequently. Thought I'd look into getting a padded cover for it (would actually rather have some sort of a car port that I could just pull under, vs having to cover the car every night, but a car cover would be a faster acquisition), looking for any suggestions on the best way to protect that roof from damage when I get home. And also, I looked to see if there was a proper forum for Prius Primes that was later than 2022, but didn't see one, am I blind? TIA! ~Karen~
