Subwoofer near the battery

Apologies if this is in the wrong area of the forum, but I was curious about any adverse effects to the battery.

I decided to take the smaller storage tub out and build my sub into a box that replaced it. I left the cutout area for airflow from the battery fan, it someone brought a point about the shaking being too close to the battery that could cause problems.

Forgot the stats. For the record it's only an 8" solo baric with 200w. Would that be enough to cause any issues?
