Strange noise

Take the cabin filter out and see if there's debris in the fan blades under the filter. Probably got a leaf in there

 

Does the noise change from heat to cool temperature on the steering wheel if it does the top back of a white box there's an actuator need to lube the shaft or replace it. Lube (spray something with graphite or light oil ) fix mine. but you need a long tube at least the length of two red straws will make your life way easier have someone run it up and down and you could see it in the very very back the white box on the left side
